Summary:

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR DEPRATURE DATE. Tour does NOT include hotel pick up. Child rates apply to children ages 6 to 15; children under 6 are free with a paying adult. Rates are per person in US dollars. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-250-9907. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Cave and Basin
Explore the Cave and Basin Centennial Centre located on Cave Avenue. This historical landmark tells the history of how Banff National Park was founded and features the original hot springs discovered by 3 railway workers.

The Whyte Museum of the Rockies
The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies introduces visitors to the history and culture of this unique mountain area. The museum offers a glimpse of the "spirit of the wilderness" through displays and programs.

Banff Park Museum
The Banff Park Museum is a National Historic Site, and is Canada's oldest natural history museum. The museum has wildlife specimens dating back to the 1860's.
